Sanjay Narain - CEO

Sanjay is the founder and chief visionary of the company, with a first-class honours degree in Hospitality Management from South Bank University, London. He brings extensive management experience across more than 30 countries and has built a strong foundation in international trade, management strategy, and operational control. While his early focus was on hospitality, his career has since expanded into technology, fashion, and retail.

Sanjay’s most significant investment was in Allterrain Services Ltd (ATS). As Group CEO, he grew ATS from a single-country operation in 1998 into a leading hospitality services company spanning 22 countries by 2017. Under his leadership, the company scaled to over 100 project sites, 4,500 employees, and USD 150 million in annual sales. He oversaw every aspect of growth—including operations, product development, IT, finance, HR, and compliance across multi-language and tax environments—while securing contracts worth over USD 1 billion.

In 2017, Sanjay successfully exited ATS, delivering a return on investment of more than 60 times the initial investment for all shareholders. He has since shifted his focus to elevating hospitality to a new level while also developing international ventures in gas sensor technology and business innovation.

Danijela Panic - Executive Director

Danijela Panic brings over 25 years of international business management experience, ranging from developing effective investor relations for gold exploration companies in Canada to pioneering hospitality services across Africa.

She has successfully conceived and delivered innovative hospitality solutions in more than 12 countries. Danijela oversees all design teams in businesses requiring creative direction, including hotels and fashion, ensuring that every project benefits from cohesive, forward-thinking design. She has introduced strategic design management alongside improvements in marketing, communications, and customer service, delivering projects that are both profitable and impactful.

Passionate about connecting people and ideas, she collaborates with tradespeople, local artisans, and talented professionals to infuse aesthetic and cultural value into every project.

With a BA in Economics and a graduate diploma in Art History, Danijela uniquely blends business expertise with artistic vision to create sustainable, inspiring, and commercially successful results.

Paul Kisseh

Paul, a Ghanaian-born professional, has over two decades of experience in finance, administration, and the hospitality industry. He has held senior roles including Finance Manager, Deputy CFO, Tax Manager, and Managing Director, working extensively across Africa in hospitality, camp management, logistics, and support services for the mining sector. Fluent in Kiswahili, Spanish, English, and three Ghanaian languages, he also brings strong expertise in corporate governance, compliance, and local content laws in both the minerals and petroleum industries.

He has served with the Tema Municipal Assembly, the American Embassy Club and Commissary Association, and Allterrain Services Group, where he spent over 20 years. More recently, Paul was Director of Operations at Primus Services Ltd, consulting for Capitol Catering Services, and currently serves as Financial Controller and HR Support Services Manager at Swara Acacia Lodge in Nairobi. His leadership focuses on operational excellence, client satisfaction, and building strong management structures that drive continuity and growth.

Matija Dragutinovic

Matija brings over a decade of expertise in sales and logistics, with a proven track record of helping companies in the beauty industry and organic production sector streamline operations and achieve sustainable growth. In these roles, Matija specialized in optimizing logistics routes and improving overall efficiency, ensuring businesses operated at their highest potential.

For the past eight years, Matija has successfully led an independent company focused on the sales of aquatic plants and equipment. This entrepreneurial experience has been complemented by skills in website development, e-commerce platforms, and financial management, giving Matija a well-rounded perspective on modern business practices.
