Previous projects our have team have been involved with - The largest project to date managed by the key personnel at AIL is Allterrain Services Ltd (ATS), a pan-African facilities management and catering company. As Group CEO of ATS, Sanjay Narain grew this hospitality services company from operating in just one country in 1998 to 22 countries by 2017, with over 100 project sites, 4,500 employees, and USD 150 million in annual sales.
Previous Projects our have team have been involved with before we became UK focused - During his tenure as CEO, Sanjay developed all aspects of the company, including operations, products, IT, finance, HR, and management across multiple languages and tax environments. He secured over USD 1 billion in client contracts during his leadership. In 2017, Sanjay successfully exited the project, achieving a return on investment of more than 60 times the initial investment for all investors.
As the management team takes on only projects they find genuinely interesting, one such initiative involved the design and development of fast-build prefabricated hotels—providing rapid, high-quality, and cost-effective accommodation for business travelers.
Previous project, As a case study of synergy, AIL developed a fashion production operation to service the hotel’s textile needs, from room décor to staff uniforms. We then established a boutique adjacent to the hotel, which has continued to grow and now exports to high-end markets, including Mauritius and parts of Europe.
Current Project - AccuSpan is a UK-based independent company specialising in the manufacture and supply of high-quality calibration gases. The company offers specialty gases, advanced gas solutions, and ISO 17025-certified products such as span and bump gases, meeting the analytical and testing needs of diverse industries. In addition, AccuSpan supplies regulators and related equipment, creating a one-stop solution for global calibration gas requirements.
Current Project - Under our management, AccuSpan continues to be a dynamic and fast-growing supplier, leveraging a highly experienced team to deliver complex bespoke mixtures, short lead times, and exceptional customer service. Based in Stoke, UK, the company serves the Gas Detection, Safety, Marine, Laboratory, and Mud Logging markets.
