Built a virtual office to offer quick, on time and best value company travel solutions in a multi-ethnic international corporation. Eliminated missed company-paid flights, unauthorized class of service, unannounced employee visits and travellers stranded at airports for lack of relevant documentation. Our system not only brought smooth company travel, but improved profitability by imposing effective controls, thus saving 400 000 USD for the company in the first year of implementation.

Built social responsibility programs across 12 African countries – from ‘first job’ training to exclusive local hiring; from providing Health and Safety guidance in local production to sourcing local produce of good standard and quality that is now turning over 8.3 million USD per year.

Transformed a hotel for an international gold mining client, from a large annual loss to a major profit centre within 3 months.
