Sanjay Narain has 25 years of experience in international hospitality management for mining and extractive resource operations. Sanjay has managed many multi-site tenders, multi-country projects and mobilizations in remote and difficult operating environments in Africa since 1995. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in hotel management from South Bank University (UK) and HCIMA qualifications. Sanjay is a member of the Institute of Hospitality.

Danijela Panic has 20 years of international business management experience, from developing effective gold exploration investor relations in Canada, to pioneering work in hospitality services in Africa. Danijela has conceived and implemented a wide variety of innovative solutions in hospitality projects in over 12 African countries of Sub-Saharan Africa.
She has introduced new design management strategies as well as driving marketing, communications and customer service improvements. Her passion for community development has led to the implementation of many dynamic, highly successful and profitable projects in Africa.  
With a BA in Economics, Danijela’s graduate diploma in Art History allows her to combine business acumen with aesthetic creativity in her work.
