Sanjay Narain, CEO

Sanjay is the founder and chief visionary of the company, holding a first-class honours degree in Hospitality Management from South Bank University in London. He has management experience in over 30 countries and a strong background in international trade, management strategy, and control. Initially, his focus was on hospitality projects, but over the years, he has expanded into technology, fashion, and retail projects as well.

Sanjay’s largest historical investment was in Allterrain Services Ltd (ATS). As Group CEO of ATS, Sanjay grew this hospitality services company from operating in just one country in 1998 to 22 countries by 2017, with over 100 project sites, 4,500 employees, and USD 150 million in annual sales. During his time as CEO, Sanjay developed all aspects of the company, including operations, products, IT, finance, HR, and multi-language and tax environments. He secured over USD 1 billion in contracts from clients during his tenure. In 2017, Sanjay successfully exited the project, achieving a return on investment of over 60 times the initial investment for all investors.
